تدليك الضغط الإبهامي التايلندي: القدمين واليدين والوجه للطاولة DVD

Dr. James’s credentials are impressive, and the DVD breaks down the foot and hand work in such clear, detailed steps that I felt confident practicing on my partner right away. The face section was a bonus I hadn’t expected, making this a solid value for anyone into Thai massage.

I've watched a lot of massage DVDs and this one finally breaks the body into regions clearly; the close-ups on the hands and face are especially helpful for seeing pressure points. The instructor's teaching pace feels just right, and I've already used his foot sequence on my mom twice this week.

I’ve been using the foot techniques from this DVD on clients and they notice the difference right away, especially the thumb-walking method. The instructor’s clear pacing makes it easy to follow along without rewinding constantly.
