I do a lot of therapeutic ultrasounds on shoulders and this clear gel stays thick the whole session instead of turning to water like the cheap stuff. Body heat and sweat don't break it down either, so I'm not reapplying halfway through.

I've used plenty of gels that get runny and messy, but this one kept its consistency through my entire 30-minute session. It stayed uniform and the conductivity felt steady the whole time, never needing a re-application. Just what I needed.
