Helix - 新一代泡棉滾筒 - 肌肉疏通物理治療工具

The contoured ridges really dig into tight spots along my spine without hitting bone, which is a huge upgrade from my flat roller. I've noticed my lower back feels looser after just a few minutes of use.

After using a standard foam roller for years, the way this one's contours target each muscle group feels almost like a professional massage. My back feels looser and less stiff the morning after, and I'm impressed that the hollow center keeps it lightweight for easy storage.

I was skeptical about the spine protection claim, but after using it my lower back feels way more open during stretches. The raised ridges hit deep into my glutes without causing bruising, which is a first for me.
