The double-sided design is a real time-saver; I use the coarser side for initial scrubbing after gardening and the finer side for a thorough finish under my nails. It's noticeably sturdier than my old brush and feels built to last through daily use.
The bristles are stiff enough to actually dig out grime from under my nails after a day in the garden, yet they don't scratch the skin. My first wash with it felt noticeably more thorough than any other brush I've owned, and the dual sides mean I'm not constantly flipping it around mid-scrub.
