Healing Stone 按摩 第2卷 DVD 或串流版 - Real Bodywork

The instructor’s pacing allowed me to follow along with the smaller stones on my shoulders, and the streaming version streamed without any lag on my tablet. A solid DVD-quality presentation that made the technique click for me after just one session.

The way the instructors break down each stone’s placement and the water-heating process makes it easy to follow along at home. I’ve tried the streaming version twice now, and the pacing is perfect for letting the therapy sink in without feeling rushed.

The way they explain how to work with the varying stone sizes for different muscle groups really makes the techniques click. I’ve already used the pressure point sequence from chapter three on a friend’s tight shoulders with great results.
