頭痛冰敷枕

My freezer is always crammed, so the removable cold pack that stores flat was a lifesaver. It stayed cold through two full episodes of my favorite show, and the gel hugged my neck just right without freezing my skin.

The cold pack slides out easily, and after a few hours in the freezer it stays icy for a full hour—just what I needed for my tension headaches. It's firm enough to support my neck while still numbing that spot behind my ear.

I’ve had this ice pillow for two weeks now and it’s been a lifesaver for my tension headaches. The removable cold pack is a great feature—easy to pop in the freezer and pop back in when I need it. It’s comfortable enough to sleep on too.
