Deep Tissue Massage - 8 CE Hours

The video breakdown of the fascial layers made the anatomy easy to follow, and the 8 CE hours were accepted with no issues. I appreciated the practical focus on purpose and function rather than just theory.

I was able to watch the videos at my own pace, and the detailed explanation of how fascia connects to deep tissue work made the techniques finally click for me. The 8 CE hours were a solid value.

I was a little skeptical about online CE credit, but the way they walk through each fascial layer with video demonstrations really makes the anatomy stick. The 8 hours felt well-paced and I can already feel my bodywork improving.
