BON Acupressure Mat - Green

I was skeptical about the whole spike mat thing but after two weeks my lower back actually feels looser. The spike count makes a difference — it's dense enough that you feel it everywhere without any gaps. I use it for 15 minutes before bed and it's become my favorite wind-down ritual.
