BIOTONE® Muscle & Joint Therapeutic Massage Gel

I was skeptical after pulling a muscle in my shoulder, but this gel covered the whole area easily and the warmth that kicked in afterward was genuinely soothing. My knee has felt steadier during workouts since I started using it, too.

The gel spreads thin enough to cover my whole lower back without needing a ton of product, which is a pleasant surprise. My strained shoulder felt genuinely calmer about twenty minutes after I worked it in.

After a long run, slathering this on my knees and elbows really helped ease the stiffness—it spreads so well that a little goes a long way. I love how it's not greasy at all, just soothing.
