เบสต์ออฟเนเจอร์ น้ำมันหอมระเหยกำยานโอลิบานัม

The glass rollerball makes it easy to apply a drop to my pulse points, and the earthy, grounding scent really helps me settle into my meditation practice. I’ve noticed it clears my sinuses too, which is a nice bonus.

I’ve been using this oil during my morning meditation and it really helps quiet my mind. The scent is warm and resinous, not at all harsh like some cheaper oils.

The scent is deep and grounding without being sharp, and it truly settles my breathing when I’m congested. A few drops in my diffuser before bed keeps my mind from racing, and the oil feels rich and smooth on the skin.
