Earthlite's breakthrough Vibra-Therm™ Sports Therapy Massage Table combines the power of heat with vibration massage to enhance muscle recovery and accelerate warmup.

Vibration therapy consists of repeated rapid oscillation of localized pressure to stimulate the body’s muscle and connective tissues. Lower speeds are used for muscle relaxation while the higher speeds are used for stimulation and activation.
