Penelope M. ★★★★★

That little 5.5-inch wheel finally reached a knot in my shoulder blade that my foam roller just couldn't touch. The precision of the single rolling wheel makes all the difference for deep, targeted relief.

Hannah A. ★★★★★

The compact size makes it easy to keep in my gym bag, and the single wheel really lets me isolate knots along my shoulder blades. Works better than my larger foam roller for those stubborn spots.

Eva W. ★★★★★

After months of dealing with a knot in my shoulder blade that my foam roller couldn't touch, this little 5.5″ wheel finally got it—the single rolling wheel hit the exact spot. It feels oddly satisfying to have such precise control over the pressure.
