Basil is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-spasmodic and can be used as an insect repellent. Basil blends nicely with rosemary and citrus oils.
Do not use if you are pregnant or have a seizure disorder. Use sparingly on the skin because it can cause irritation.
