Summary

The ancient art of reflexology, dating back as far as 5000 years, is a natural healing practice, with the reflex areas on the hands corresponding to all parts of the body. A healer can, through stimulating these reflexes, effect a response that will relieve tension and stress throughout the body in a safe, natural, and noninvasive way.

In this video, Master Reflexologist Joe Horan, of Reflexology Seminars of New York (RSNY), will first teach you the proper positioning of your hands. He will then guide you through a step-by-step series of exercises on “how-to” correctly perform each of the many techniques covered in the video. Each one can be used as a stand-alone treatment, or combined with other modalities, such as Swedish and Chair Massage. Finally, in the bonus footage, you are given a snapshot of a few of the techniques presented in a format that will allow you to perform a mini-reflexology treatment if you don’t have a lot of time.
