I've been using this to work out knots in my shoulders after long days at the desk, and the curved handle lets me reach spots I couldn't get before. The pressure is deep and precise, exactly what I needed for trigger points.

Finally, a massage tool that lets me reach those knots between my shoulder blades without twisting like a pretzel. The simple plastic handle gives me enough leverage to apply real, deep pressure on my own.

Took this to the gym and used it on my forearms between sets—the angled head reaches the exact spot my fingers can’t. It’s simple, solid, and does the job for home use without any fuss.
