Ella ★★★★★

The strapping system actually keeps this wrapped snug around my knee while I'm icing it, which no other pack I've tried does. It stays cold way longer than a bag of frozen peas and the frost-free surface means I can use it straight out of the freezer.

Charlotte C. ★★★★★

I've been using this on my lower back after long days at my desk and the frost-free surface means I can toss it on without wrapping it in a towel first. The 6" x 20" size covers a decent stretch of my back, which is more than my old one did.

Lily ★★★★★

The strapping system actually holds it in place on my shoulder without me having to sit still, which was my main worry. I've been using it for tension headaches too and the frost-free side means no wet towel needed. Way better than the frozen peas I was using before.
