The silicate gel stays cold for a solid two hours during my post-workout icing sessions, and it molds perfectly around my knee without any stiff edges.

William ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

I love how the flexible vinyl covering lets the pack wrap snugly around my knee after a long run. The silicate gel stays cold for a solid 20 minutes without feeling rock hard.

Kevin ★★★★☆ Oct 19, 2026

The gel stays cold for a solid session and the vinyl doesn’t feel stiff against the skin, which is the main reason I keep reaching for it. My only gripe is that it shifts a little if I move around, but it’s fine once I stay put.
