سلسلة شاكرا قوس قزح | حصائر التدفئة بالأشعة تحت الحمراء PEMF

The seven gemstones sit right where I need them most, and the heat spreads evenly across my lower back instead of pooling in one spot. I’ve used it every evening for a week and my sleep feels deeper, which is honestly more than I expected from a mat.

I was a bit skeptical about the grounding claims, but after using this mat for a week, the gentle heat and the fact that the gemstones are actually embedded in the fabric make it feel surprisingly special. The infrared warmth is very even and relaxing, not too intense.

The gemstones embedded in this mat are a nice touch, and the heat is evenly spread without any hot spots. I’ve been using it for meditation and it genuinely helps me feel more centered afterward.
