Cryo2O Pain Relief - Cryotherapy Ice Pack

I keep this in the freezer and it stays flexible instead of turning rock hard like the gel packs I've used before. The supercooling tech actually holds the cold way longer than I expected, and twenty minutes on my knee after a run made a real difference.

I strained my shoulder doing yard work and this ice pack was on it within minutes of delivery. The supercooling effect kicked in fast and dulled the ache enough that I actually slept through the night.

Took this to the gym after a rough leg day and the supercooling effect kicked in faster than any ice pack I’ve tried—no dripping mess either. Pain in my knee dulled within a few minutes and stayed numb for a good while after. Solid buy for anyone who trains hard.
